Is Heat Or Cold Better For A Bulging Disc

A bulging disc can cause back or neck pain, nerve irritation, and muscle tension. Heat and cold therapy are common home treatments, but knowing when to use each can improve comfort and support recovery.

When To Use Cold Therapy

Cold therapy, or ice therapy, is best for the initial stages of pain and inflammation.
